We are exploring a nanny share for 2 to 3 children in Falmouth. Wed like to learn from anyone who has participated in a nanny share before or seen how they work. We are three families, each with one newborn, living in the Falmouth MA area, and we are trying to learn about what it takes to set up a nanny share. How many infants can a nanny care for at once (is the limit 2?) How far in advance might we need to start planning for this (we are looking for a roughly September start date)?
