Part Time Summer Nanny (Housing Not Provided)

My family will be spending the summer at our house in Edgartown and are looking for part-time help for our 3 kids from the end of June through the end of August. Ideally, we would like 15-20 hours of help a week. We'd like to have a weekly schedule of 2 days a week and 1 afternoon/evening a week. Days and times are flexible but would need to be determined prior to the start of summer for planning purposes. The kids are 1, 4, and 6. Some of the days we would need help with all 3 but some might require help with only 1 or 2. Our schedules vary weekly and some of the help might be to assist with the kids at the beach, help bring them to activities, or stay at home for naps. The ideal candidate will be someone who is very active, flexible, mature, responsible, fun, engaging, proactive, and safety minded.
