Help With Twins/ House Management/ Occasionally Toddlers

Hello! We are looking for a nanny in the South End in Boston. We have 4 kids ages 3, 2 and twin 9 m olds. I primarily need help with the twins during the day and with bed time some nights, house management (meal prep, bottle washing, cleaning up in general), and occasionally with my older 2. I would never leave you with the 4 of them!! I stay home and I'm really looking for someone who loves kids and can be a partner with me in taking care of them/ the house. Long term id love help with school pick up next year as well so I'd love to work with someone whos interested in something a little different each day in terms of schedule and really involved with our crazy little family!
