Part Time Nanny Needed For 3 Month Old Girl

My partner and I are looking for someone who is compassionate, kind and patient for our newborn. We would love someone who is experienced with giving infants more than just care; we'd like someone who can work with her to do tummy time, stretches and play with her. I'm looking for someone who can tend to her while I'm working in my office (hybrid schedule). Some light housekeeping would also be greatly appreciated! :) She needs someone who is extremely patient as she can be a fussy baby. Bilingual would be a plus but not necessary. We have a golden retriever named Cali and a daschund chihuahua mix named Lizzy. They are middle aged, pretty mellow and very affectionate. All that would be needed from the caregiver would be to maybe throw them the occasional treat and let them out to potty if we are not home.
