Nanny For Sweet Toddler

We are looking for a full time nanny starting in April. We have a daughter who will be 16 months old, and we are expecting a baby boy in late April. Our daughter is a social happy baby, and goes to naps and bedtime extremely easily. We do baby led weaning and she loves to eat everything we give her. I'm biased but she seems like an easy baby in all respects, besides maybe the fact that she loves sneaking to grab cell phones and tap on laptop keyboards. We also have a lovable aussie-doodle, Teva, who is about 23lbs so the nanny should be comfortable around a dog in the house. Initially, responsibilities will only be general child care for our daughter (including light cleaning, meal prep, etc.) until baby boy gets older.
