Looking For A Nanny For Our Newborn In Hawthorne

My husband and I are expecting our first baby and are due with our little boy in late September. I will have about three months off of work and will go back in the new year. I work remotely from home. We are looking for a great nanny to care for our little one at our home while I work and my husband is unavailable. We will need someone sporadically starting in Oct/Nov and consistently starting in January. Earlier on, it would be for babysitting, to get to know us and him, and to give me a break some days, especially if my husband is traveling and I am solo parenting. We also have a 5-year-old golden retriever who is very easygoing and requires minimal care. The schedule may be a little variable, as there some some weeks when my husband has a day off during the week, and there are other times we may extend an hour or two later in the day. Overall, however, the work will be consistent! I would love to hire someone who has experience with young babies, is passionate about early childhood development and is looking to create a long-term relationship with our family.
