Seeking A PT Nanny To Turn Into FT

We are seeking a nanny for our son who is due in January 2024. We are unsure of the timing that this person will be starting and their hours but we anticipate it being a few weeks after he is born for minimum 5 hours a day 5 days a week. Once my wife returns to work, we'll need someone fulltime 5 days a week. We want to make sure this person will be punctual, reliable, communicative, have their own vehicle, have certifications in CPR etc. and has experience handling newborns/babies. We would also like for this person to perform light housekeeping, run errands etc for us. We have 2 large dogs and would need someone okay with pets.
