My husband and I are both RNs who work day shift. We are looking for someone to help with childcare on days my husband and I both work. We are very lucky to have a grandpa that lives with us and helps with childcare and has done a great job with our 22-month-old but he is a little worried about watching two kids for a full 12 hours while we are at work! We are looking to find someone who can help bridge the gaps on days that we all work.
