Our home is a rancher with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a living room, dining/kitchen and a family room. We need a thorough cleaning each week including vacuuming carpets, vacuuming and mopping linoleum floors, dusting furniture and blinds, wiping down cabinets and counters, dusting pictures and cleaning glass doors and windows as needed. Other additional cleaning with prior discussion and price increases as agreed on. Dedicated, prompt, meticulous, and friendly. Parking available in our driveway. No pets

I have a one and a half bath, two bedroom apartment with a living room and the dining room. I recently had surgery on my left hand and have been having a hard time keeping up cleaning my apartment. Looking for a friendly and happy person all around. I have a cat and would need someone to change the litter and to take the litter out as well as the trash. Please and thank you. I live in Exton and there is plenty of parking. I have a two bedroom apartment, with one and a half baths. When you walk into the apartment there is a bathroom on the right and there is a storage area on the right. On the left is the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is also on the right with the laundry room. To get to the bedroom you are past the living room and one bedroom is on the left of the other on the right. I would need the basic cleaning of the bathrooms. Dusting of the furniture, any mirrors cleaned and all windows as well. The two bedrooms vacuumed. The floors in the living room kitchen and dining room will need to be swept and then mopped. I'm looking someone who is detail oriented and completes all tasks. There is plenty of parking in front of the apartment as well as in back of the apartment. I have a very large black cat who is extremely friendly and I'm hoping does not get in the way of your work.
