Single senior male, no pets. Like to start with a deep cleaning then set up schedule for future cleanings. The house has master bedroom and one guest bedroom, library, office, and upstairs room that is used for storage. There are two full baths and one powder room. Large living room, kitchen and utility room. The floors are all wood or tile excepted for upstairs room. I will want one deep cleaning each year before Thanksgivings normal cleaning the rest of year. I prefer someone that is flexible about what is cleaned each visit. If given a list of preferred supplies, I can have on hand if wanted.
