We live in a 100-year-old farmhouse that we are almost through renovating. It has some spiderwebs, needs floors and dusting mostly. We don't have carpets, all hard flooring except for a few area rugs. We do have 3 cats, they can be in or out so don't worry about it if they to go out while you're there. Litter boxes would be nice if they could be cleaned. Regular bathroom cleaning, kitchen wipe down, dishes in the dishwasher, maybe tidy the fridge. Vacuum the furniture for pet hair. That's about it. Only one bedroom is being used, so the other two just need dusting and a quick vacuum.
