Looking for someone to clean and organize my home, and be an adult in my home for two older children 11 and 15. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, so must be animal friendly. Able to transport kids occasionally is a bonus. Start time is flexible, but would need someone to stay until at least 6. Consistent and ongoing weekly until at least August. Would include basic common area cleaning daily and additional organizing and deep cleaning as time permits. Also reminding/assisting kids to complete their household chores and organize rooms.

Our home is a one story 4 bedroom, 2. 5 baths with a room over the garage. All floors are hardwood with the exception of the room over the garage. Our kitchen is newly renovated with an 8-foot island made of white quartz, all new stainless-steel appliances, and white soft close cabinets. We primarily need assistance with laundry, light dusting, bathrooms, kitchen and living rooms. We will be responsible for cleaning our bedrooms and anything related to our miniature schnauzer. We are looking for a mature housekeeper, who is consistently thorough, and available on a weekly basis. We are flexible with the days and times as long as the housekeeping is done between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday We are located in Suffolk, Virginia. There is ample parking in our driveway. We have one miniature schnauzer who is approximately 6 pounds. While she is a bit anxious around strangers, she is very friendly and loving.

I am looking for someone to help clean and do laundry once a week. My schedule varies and may need flexibility. I have one very friendly dog that does not shed.

Job Description: We are looking for a trustworthy domestic professional who can clean a 4-bedroom two bathroom home of 1800 sq ft, do laundry, and put it away, do bi-weekly grocery shopping and meal prep. This person should be fast, but thorough. Organization projects such as closets, kitchen cabinets, fridge, and laundry areas are a must. Should be great at organizing, have good attention to detail, and okay with dogs and cats as we have one of each. so if you will be uncomfortable in this type of environment, please consider that before applying Requirements: Must be a great communicator. Should have a positive attitude, be reliable, and have reliable transportation. A minimum requirement of 10 hrs. and a maximum requirement of 22 hrs. a week. Work schedules are flexible but should be decided monthly. Should be computer literate. Compensation: $12-$17/hr + mileage reimbursement monthly.

Seeking a maid/house manager most or all days of the week. We have 3 girls, a large home, no pets. Need daily laundry, tidying, organizing, and cleaning. Job includes maintaining our home and deep cleaning. Would like most of the home care done from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily. More hours available if needed. Schedule has some flexibility for you.
