My 4th grade son needs some help with distance learning. He is very resistant to the process and I'm tired of yelling at him to get him to do the work. I'm looking for someone who can work with him to do the assigned work.

Hi there! We're looking for a sweet, responsible, adventurous nanny to hang with our 19-month-old boy a few days a week. We're hoping to find someone who takes pride in teaching and exploring with him, as well as keeps his areas tidy and organized. We really hope to get him out in the community, going to the library, playing outside, and just living the good toddler life. We value healthy food, and a consistent schedule. Our son is very easy going, kind, silly and good hearted boy. He sleeps well, eats well, and just loves life! We are flexible on hours/days so we're willing to work with the right candidate. I need help most likely on a T/Th 8-4 or 830-430 but waiting to confirm with employer. Fridays maybe eventually. I have a 1. 5 and 6. 5-year-old. Art, play, music, outdoor walks, and help 6. 5 with workbook pages if needed (she is homeschooled). Maybe some days help with laundry or dishes a bit but not required.

My kid has yet to develop the communication skills to ask for help. We try to help her, but we don't have to right words to help her understand. She barely knows any basic math skills and is extremely behind on all her schoolwork. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets. Subject Areas: English, Math.

We are a homeschooling/unschooling family who would love help with structuring the girls days around play, games and projects. This could change each day or build upon itself. We believe in interest led learning, and would love someone who is also interested in sharing their gifts with our girls. I don't want to be their only teacher.
