I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. Laundry: Baby and kids' laundry. Meal Preparation: Make lunches for kids and baby. Errands / groceries: If baby is napping, may ask to run one-off errands. Comfortable With Pets: We have two dogs. Light Housekeeping: Keep kitchen picked up, run the handheld vacuum downstairs as needed. Pick-up or Drop-off: Bring kids to dance, play dates, soccer as needed. Schedule Details: Through the end of the school year, we'd be looking for someone 8 to 5:30. Currently, both parents work from home and grandma teaches the older two kids until 3:30. This person would just be in charge of the baby until 3:30 at which point they would then help to supervise the older two as well. The older two kids are pretty independent but sometimes need help coming up with ideas of things to do. We limit screen time to no more than 30 minutes a day and encourage outdoor play as much as possible.
