Reading is a major concern and math is a problem area mainly with the new core math curriculum. My daughter is in 4th grade and we are looking for someone that has knowledge in hands on fun learning to keep her interest and not be scared to have help. Also possibly someone with knowledge in dyslexia based tutoring as her previous tutor suggested it might help but she has not been diagnosed with this.

Tutoring is for a 17-year-old boy. He is a high school junior with a 3. 5 GPA, takes Honors Spanish III, competes in several sports. His test scores are not very good and has been struggling with writing.

She looses focus as she seems to be more interested in social media. She can do the work with supports.

Vincentown family needs a part-time tutor for Honors Algebra 2. Student has above average IQ but has dyslexia and other learning disabilities so needs a tutor who has experience with that learning style. She needs someone who is willing to move slowly and re-teach until she can complete problems successfully. She is sweet and a people pleaser so she will "yes you" even if she doesn't understand. Very busy family so need flexibility including Saturdays.

Our son has ADHD coupled with a High IQ. Hes a very sweet sensitive kid who thrives off praise and positive reinforcement. Right now our family is going through a divorce where the other parent is an active alcoholic, unreliable and emotionally abusive. Because of all these things combined J has a low threshold for stress so we needed to pull him from his current Private school due to behavioral outbursts. We are actively looking for a more suitable learning environment and in the interim we need to keep J on a schedule. His self-esteem has taken a hit due to being removed from the school and friends he has been with since kindergarten (he is in 3rd grade). We would like help keeping him engaged in Math, Grammar, Art and sports/improving coordination.

Finished first semester, did not do well. Severe test anxiety. Assignments were not completed correctly, I kept having to redo them. I'm not a strong writer. I need support to level up on study skills that will get me to college level work. Id like support in weekly assignments and studying content for exams. My major is Anthrozoology. I love horses. Dogs. Art. I've volunteered for equine therapy for 6yrs and love it. So this is my major. now to get me there

Our daughter B is 7 years of age and attends a Spanish Immersion school. We would like her to have a Spanish tutor outside of school to help develop her into a stronger Spanish speaker.
