I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 90s. She is mentally sharp but hands and legs are seriously impaired due to osteo-arthritis. She gets around her house (slowly) with a walker, and spends 50% of her time in a supportive chair. Some light tidying up is involved. She needs help with bathing twice a week, changing her pull-ups twice a day (she does most of it but has a very limited reach), donning and removing support hose twice a day, assistance to mount exercise bike once a day, and be on watch while she walks around the outside of the house once a day for a half hour with her walker. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
