Family of 7 with 5 genetically disabled children ages 8, 12, 16, 19, & 20 looking for in home caregivers for regular shifts 40+ hours per week. The pay is based on the rate for agency waiver and is capped by their requirements at $12. 40/hr. Position offers no overtime, health care, or retirement benefits. Must have experience with epilepsy, autism, cerebral palsy, TBI, and aiding the blind. Must be able to stay on a regular schedule and cannot miss shifts. Must have dependable transportation. Must follow all health protocols including wearing masks during all shifts, and when engaging with the public. Must be vaccinated for COVID 19. Must be able to stand/lift for prolonged periods of time, up to 12 hours per day. Must be able to work with service dogs in a home with cats. Duties include assistance with all ADLs and ADLs for each child, assistance with behavioral issues, ability to follow schedule, and aid with school work and activities.

We are a family of 3 soon to be expanding to 5 this year and we are looking for someone to watch our son , who will be 4 soon, for morning drop off and pick up and possibly someone to also watch the twins once they arrive.
