Babysitter Needed For 2 Children

We have a 13-month-old who loves to read and play. The only time that she sits still is with a book. I would be home working from my office while the caregiver tends to the baby. We want a caregiver who also likes pets. We have 2 dogs and a cat.

Our beautiful princess is non-verbal but extremely intelligent and curious. We need someone that can keep her safe keep her tummy full and interact with her on her level. . Our ideal caregiver: MUST be loving and patient with a toddler with autism. Flexible- willing to play w/ puzzles & educational toys/ read to non-verbal child. Must pay attention to child( i. e not spending time on phone / t. v. Etc). Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car. Light house keeping includes picking toys up as needed, washing her lunch/snack dishes- things of that sort. Looking for care Monday- Friday (will consider someone with a 3-4 day available schedule as well).

Long term memory is intact but short term memory is spotty at best (mixes up info, forgets within the same conversation, gets confused, etc.). Normal dementia symptoms progressing. She no longer drives or cooks other than simple meals. Former schoolteacher and has taught quilting until recently. Enjoys living in the country, puzzles, quilting, sewing, crocheting, and baking before having to cut back on cooking. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, medication prompting, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
