We are in need of a nanny to care for our children ages 3 (boy) and 1 (girl). We both work full time jobs and dealing with a serious medical issue, so we need some help providing a safe, fun, engaging, fulfilling environment for them while we take appointments. Both children are not potty trained. They are very good at sleeping, taking naps from 1-3. Both can walk and super smart/playful. Need some structure. We do have a 5-year-old Labrador Retriever that would need to be let out in the backyard and fed twice a day. Other duties include meal prep, light housekeeping (dishes, sweep/mop, etc.), notify parents if diapers/wipes/food runs out. We need someone three times a week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:15AM-7:00 p.m. .

About who needs care: My grandmother has end stage cancer and dementia. She is still mobile but has some trouble due to neuropathy. She has a hard time with memory in the mornings and evenings. Our family is looking for someone experienced in dementia care to help her in the mornings which seems to be the worst times and maybe transition to care in the evenings as well as she does suffer from sundowners. My grandfather also lives in the house and has been her caregiver up to this point. It is taking a toll on him as well. We would like to hire a care professional to relieve some of the stress on him as well. Though her mind is going she is still very sweet and loves to visit. Assistance showering and getting dressed is also needed. About the care needs: My grandmother loves gardening, singing, and playing guitar. She was raised in Texas. Dementia care experience is a must as she can get very frustrated. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: She has asthma and anxiety. Her interests and hobbies are essentially just watching tv and spending time with family when they are in town. She would structure her ideal day as waking up mid morning, taking a bath everyday or every other day, walking around the interior of her home and ideally doing some sort of physical activity to keep her muscles activated. About the care needs: The type of personality she needs would make her very comfortable and care free. Someone that is compassionate but stern enough that they wont be persuaded not to do certain tasks such as bathing or exercising. No specific skills or hobbies/interests are required.. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

We need companion care to take care of my mother in Stevenson Ranch. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. She is still living alone in her own apartment - but needs some companionship between the hours of 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. To prepare lunch, or take her out for a meal and again prepare a meal for dinner time.
