As far as pay, I pay what I would pay for daycare and it will be salary pay, so even days that you don't work , you will still get paid the same amount. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a lot of birds ( chickens, ducks and Guinea hens). I would need to you be comfortable with my animals.
