Our family is looking for a partner in parenting to keep our ship sailing smoothly as we juggle the responsibilities related to our kids, household and those commitments we have outside the home. We have 4 kids and our priorities are raising them to be faith-filled, caring, determined and loving individuals. An example week: - Tuesday 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Wednesday 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Thursday 7:45 a.m. - 9 a.m. - Saturday 6 - 10 p.m. - Occasional overnight help would be great! - Opportunity for additional hours offered immediately with my sister's family if interested. - 1-4 times a month there may be longer stretches requested/needed - Can certainly discuss schedule more in depth Our household is a busy one and anything you can do to help us is truly a game changer. Meal prep, laundry, keeping the kitchen tidy, aiding kids in clean-up.

Hello! We are in search of a caring, compassionate, and engaging nanny starting April 2023 for our baby boy who will be 3. 5 months at that time. The position would entail 30-35 hours per week, 3-4 days per week, located in Beverly Hills MI. Mom will be returning to work full time and dad will be working full time from home, available to help if needed. We are hoping to find a long-term nanny who is comfortable with newborns and excited to grow with our family! The ideal candidate would be flexible with hours, since mom's work schedule is variable day to day, willing to help with light housework, and okay with two cats keeping company during the day. Will benefit from someone who knows how to implement and follow structure in an empathetic manner. Would love to find someone who loved to explore the community, go on outings, do learning stations, etc to keep the days fun and foster imagination. Currently in preschool, however teachers have assessed child would benefit from having time with 1:1 care prior to starting kindergarten to help learn to better regulate emotions and maintain focus.
