Looking for a full time nanny for our very sweet, easy going baby girl. I go back to work in late February and we'd like the baby to stay here at home with a nanny for a bit. We also have a 2-year-old who is in daycare. We are planning to have her stay in daycare but are open to a nanny who is willing to watch both girls and has experience with both ages. The pay would also increase of course. There will also be nights when we'd love someone to stay and help until bed time around 7:30 since my husband sometimes travels for work.

Our schedule is pretty irregular, but we do know what we need with a lot of advance notice. It would be great to find someone who could vary days of the week and specific hours worked, but we are willing to work to find an arrangement that works for both sides. We have 2 dogs in our family as well :)
