Seeking care in Kirkland for my father in his 80s with Parkinson's disease. Available at night for safety and for mobility assistance. Caregiver is able to sleep (private room and bathroom), but must be available as needed for transferring in and out of bed, using bathroom, and for emergencies. My mother also lives in the house, but is not able to care for my father. Ideal hours would be from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Hello! We are looking for a part-time housekeeper/manager. We have cleaners that come weekly but we need help with laundry, general room picking up, changing bed linens, dishes, booking appointments, and perhaps sometimes reminding my 12 yr old to log into school. He does school but has ADHD so he can be forgetful sometimes or struggle with getting started. We were thinking it would be great if you could come every weekday from 9:30a-11:30a. But if you had ideas for organization projects we'd love to discuss that and maybe book some more hours to accomplish that. I like to organize but between working full time and having 2 special needs kids (my 11 yr old has Downs Syndrome but will be in school during the hours mentioned above), I've learned I just need to ask for some help. We're looking for a nanny experienced with infants who can work 3 days/ week (M-W). We have a friendly/well trained Lab, so comfort with dogs is desirable, though no dog care is expected. We are also open to nanny sharing. Our daughter will be 4 months in January 2023, when we hope to hire a nanny. An option we are exploring is a hybrid Nanny/Au Pair position. We live in a duplex with a newly renovated and furnished downstairs unit that could be rented in addition to a $1, 800/month stipend as compensation for nanny services 3 days/ week. The downstairs unit rents for $2, 100/mo, which in addition to $1, 800/mo salary would be equivalent to a monthly compensation of $3, 900. This could be ideal for someone who has a flexible schedule that could work or attend school outside of the 8a-5p M-W childcare timeframe.

Looking for help doing some organizing, weekly support with cleaning, perhaps some weekly food prep like chopping vegetables. My teen doesn't drive yet so occasional pickups or returning something to a store would be really useful. Days and hours are very flexible!
