Looking for a full-time nanny for when I go back to work. We would like someone with a kind demeanor and experience with small children.

I have two very loving, kind and funny boys. Both are very active and love hands on activities. They are easy going and they love to eat/snack :) I am looking for a sitter for those days where my husband and I want to have dinner alone :) We rarely leave our children so those days for him and I are much needed but rarely taken due lacking nearby and reliable sitter.

About who needs care: early dementia, falls easily, currently undergoing in home therapy for upper body strength. About the care needs: female preferred due to needing assistance bathing, going to the bathroom and assisting with pants. assist in getting dressed. Someone friendly as her husband is living with her is fine to communicate and help interpret what she needs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
