Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: Patient is hospice with cancer likely to pass away in weeks. Needs hygiene feeding and basic needs help Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

About who needs care: Diabetic. Enjoys being outdoors and working in yard. About the care needs: Likes to work puzzles Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
