About who needs care: Amber is mentally impaired. Doesn't talk much, loves to do puzzles and play cards. She needs little help. Mostly needs championship while I am at work or away for the weekend. Dates and times will vary. Occasionally overnights needed when I work midnights. Amber will be sleeping most of this time. She does get up regularly to use the bathroom. About the care needs: No special skills needed. Hobbies to include would be game playing. Amber loves to play, uno, skipbo, rummy, go fish. She also loves to walk. Services needed include: companionship.

Our son has been diagnosed with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, which means he struggles to regulate his emotions and switches easily between excited and upset. He also presents with ADHD symptoms. He has a hot temper, but also a sweet and loving side. He does well one on one, but is easily upset when he has to share attention. He's fun to play with, but wants his way. We need someone who will be consistent and firm with boundary setting and communicate with him in a productive way. He makes good progress when he is given the focused attention he needs, but in a family of 8, it is difficult to do. We are initially looking for 1-2 mornings a week, but hope to increase to full time nanny hours when finances allow.

Occasional assistance with laundry would be great. After school duties include homework help when needed. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands every so often.
