Child is doing virtual homeschooling with the four basic courses English math science and history. He sometimes can have trouble focusing but can be reined in fairly quickly! Because this is homeschooling he will need a lot of help as it is a learn as you go teach yourself type of thing! I am a single mother of two and must return to work and it would be great to have somebody that doesn't mind keeping the other child during the day as well however I realize that I am looking for a unicorn lol!

We are looking for an experienced personal care attendant for a young adult male with special needs. He's a very happy, smiley young man who loves movies, music, art, stories and being engaged in activities. Duties include meeting him at school bus; all aspects of his personal care, ADLs, IADLs, changing, & showering; some household chores related to his care; willingness to transport to/from appointments (we have wheelchair accessible van); and activities/outings in the community. Must complete a background check. $12. 70 per hour. Hours vary during school and summer. Multiple shifts available between the core hours of 630am-9 p.m.

My husband is a firefighter so our schedule is not consistent, but we are looking for care on weekdays from 7AM-3:30PM, about 2-3 times per week (days of the week will change). We use an online curriculum so it's all laid out. I would most likely be home but may go out occasionally.
