I mention the 3 youngest but I can say my 2 oldest might just love y'all.. we are happy and loving I do have a beautiful stepgirl which is considered my 6th child... but my house is full of love care and freedom... everyone loves us and honestly I just need a little help with the youngest kids.. it's a lot with the other 2 meaning 5 total ... they are a bunch of joy but are very active.. just need some help juggling wiling to pay good and do what I can.. you can eat and enjoy fun time maybe a little bit more with the boys but all well worth it.. a growing relationship is well worth it to me by being honest from jump.. thank you for listening.. much luv ..

This job is for a mentally challenged, non-verbal, epileptic individual, in his family's home. He is a 25-year-old man that will require a lot of patience and attentiveness. Being that this is a job that requires a lot of personal care it is a must that you are kind and caring to the individual. Qualifications: * You must be physically strong as well as mentally strong. * This job requires the ability to follow a strict routine therefore, you must be responsible. * You must be willing to observe and learn the individuals way of communicating his needs and wants. * Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. * Be willing to go out in public at least 2-3 times a week with the individual (to a specific place). * Be willing to accompany individual to doctor's appointments. * Must be able to pass a background check.

Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities and homework or curriculum assistance.
