I have previously searched a Nanny/Baby Sitter. Now I realize my teenage daughters just need a personal assistant to take them to/from school, work, and physical therapy. Ideal hours would be 10am-430 p.m. My daughters go into school later than most children (10:30 & 11:30) I work from home and my 18-month-old son typically naps from 11-2 p.m. So I am just asking that someone stay at my house after dropping my daughters off to school and keep him entertained after naptime while I work in my home office- take him outside, make arts and crafts, read books, etc. Then pick my girls up at 3 p.m. and taking them where they need to go after school (Physical Therapy or work) Then you can go straight home and my husband can pick them up on his way home.

P is developmentally delayed and has some requirements but is a very loving and caring child

About who needs care: He is prone to falling has poor Balance . Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

We are looking for a great nanny to watch our 3-month-old in Mount Solon. I currently work evening hours (12 p.m. to 8 p.m. or later) and my husband travels. My schedule is unpredictable.
