Lots of animals and our kids love the outdoors

Generally each week, I need a housekeeper to vacuum floors, carpet and rugs, mop the hard floors, clean the bathrooms and dust. Once a month, instead of general cleaning, I would like a deep cleaning item done (cleaning cabinet doors, cleaning inside of cabinets, cleaning outside of washer/dryer, etc.) My house is 2000 sq. ft. of living space. We are a newly retired couple with a disabled adult child (Down Syndrome), but currently a household of four. My oldest son is back living with us again and going to school. He has three cats and a ball python snake, but maintains them very well. We have four dogs (3 large and one small), and two birds (lovebirds). The dogs are friendly, but will be in their crates on cleaning days. They require a lot of our time and getting older with bad backs makes household chores, well, more of a chore!

We need a nanny for our 1 child. And we're looking now! We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Animal lovers please apply (we have pets)!

We are looking for a nanny for our three awesome daughters, ages 6, 3, and 4 months (in March when my maternity leave ends). We are looking for someone engaging who will play and do activities with them, can manage food restrictions (6-year-old has celiac disease), can help with kindergarten/preschool drop-off/pick-up, and will take the kids on outings (park, library, etc). Our kids are active and love to play, read books, be outside, and do crafts! Hours have some flexibility.
