We are moving into a newly bought house located on lake and I'm a senior that needs help with unpacking and placing items in correct space - mainly to help us get settled and once moved in would like cleaning every two weeks and maybe more? I have back issues and severe arthritis all over my body so really need someone younger both has a sensible and shows initiate in her duties and definitely not lazy! Would like at least 2-3 years experience.

Someone who not afraid of large dogs. I have 3 Pitbull's and can since when someone doesn't like them. Someone who doesn't object to smell of smoke cause I smoke in the house. One of the dogs they will have to be patient with. Another one has to be kept away from other animals except the other 2 we have.
