Hello - we're looking for a reliable housekeeper, who can do the standard surface-level cleaning (floors, countertops, dusting, vacuuming, etc.) + changing linens, but is also willing to learn our house a little and help tidy and put things where they go (everything has its place!) We're not really that messy, but one issue I've had with other cleaners is that they'll basically just push things aside or stack things in a completely messy way - when it would be easy enough to put a thing where it actually goes. I realize that this approach may take more time, but I'm willing to pay for that time. Additionally, I'd be open to considering a weekly situation if we were able to find the right person!

Our home is not that big so once someone gets in here and establishes a routine it should go quickly and smoothly. My kids will be at school and we do have a dog and a cat, but the dog is small and old and will stay out of your way and the cat stays outdoors most of the day. I also would like to add small to do lists around the house pertaining to organizing from time to time as they pop up as well.
