Hi! I live in the Fountain Parke residencies. I'm asking for 2 floors to be cleaned. It's not a disaster by any means, I'm just looking for someone who can clean the corners, baseboards and give us that fresh feeling again. This needs to be done by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. 3-story townhouse. Need to be OK with lots of stairs! OK to use my equipment and supplies or bring your own. Kitchen floor and shower glass will need extra love on your first few visits. If we get along, this is a long-term gig, at least 6-8 months.

Small apartment (650sqft) needs cleaned. First cleaning should include carpet shampoo 1 bedroom. After 1st cleaning, need weekly to clean kitchen, bathroom, dusting, vacuuming 1 room. Mop kitchen, bathroom, and main room floors. You must be willing to wear a face mask.

Lake Mary home needs a part-time experienced non-smoking housekeeper with priority for changing linens, ironing and some housekeeping once or twice a week. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Once weekly changing of bedroom sheets and periodic washing of blanket and cotton duvet cover. Weekly ironing of sheets, some shirts, tee shirts and jeans. Bathroom cleaning, Vacuuming and mopping floors in house. Periodic light dusting. Helping care for one small very clean indoor elderly cat would be a plus, but not required. House is a one story organized and immaculate home. All supplies provided. Flexible with hours only during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Background checks and Covid vaccination required. Must be a non-smoker.

I am in need of help in deep/cleaning organizing. I am somewhat disabled and need help with getting stuff off the floor. I have very bad legs. I would be helping.
