Part-time Housekeeper needed for a single family residence. Two adults, one baby on the way (July), one dog, and two cats. House has 5 bedrooms, but only 2 are used daily. Responsibilities include general cleaning, laundry, changing bed sheets, surface and floor cleaning, dishwashing, basic household cleaning, and occasional guest room preparation. Must be detail-oriented and reliable. Prior experience preferred. Responsible. Comfortable with pets.

I have had a hip replacement, so Im not able to do any of my cleaning right now so it could be one time it could be once every few weeks. My main concern is the master bathroom right now and then mopping the floors. I do have a vacuum here, so that would not need to be furnished.

Floors, bathrooms, refrigerator, need to be cleaned

vacuum, mop floors, clean kitchen, dusting, 2 bathrooms. House is neat needs cleaning

Also need tile and wood floors cleaned Whole house needs cleaned top to bottom.

First Visit needs full house cleaning Subsequent visits Every other week: Vacumn and mop floors. Unit has all tile flooring. Dust the furniture. Clean the outside of the appliances. Monthly visit needs floors cleaned behind and beneath the furniture.

Have a small dog & 2 cats. Our home has tile floors with area rugs. The sliding doors & some front porch panes are usually cleaned. Second bathroom needs minimal cleaning as shower has not been used. Office & second bedroom I clean. Doesn't need a deep cleaning. Dusting blinds & windows treatments.
