Scottsville Evening Child Care Jobs

Seeking a babysitter near Scottsville for 1 child for the summer. Pretty easy gig - mostly just taking him to the pool, other summer activities, and try not to lose him to technology. We have a membership to a pool so it would be free for our childcare provider. Should be comfortable with pets as we have a large dog who is super friendly. Occasionally he might have some play dates which makes the gig even easier.

Seeking part-time care for our son, an 8-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. My son is a loving and adorable child who loves snuggles, going on strolls outdoors, anything Disney, swimming and books. Due to a brain injury at birth, he suffers cognitive disabilities, is non-mobile/wheelchair bound, tube-fed and non-verbal. He is very alert and communicates well with verbal cues, smiles and is starting to use a voice output computer to express needs and wants. We currently have a full-time caretaker who wishes to reduce her hours, and I am seeking care for him every Friday from 8-5, and occasionally on weekends (totally flexible!) and occasional evenings. We live 35 minutes from downtown Charlottesville in Scottsville VA. Salary negotiable based on qualifications.

We are a happy, friendly family with two boys ages 3 and 6 (plus two dogs). We are looking for a date night sitter for regular Thursday evenings and possibly some Saturdays.
