Need patient, responsible caregiver to pick up our son from school at 3:20 and help him through his after-school routine, outdoor play, snack, toileting/pull-ups, and 5th grade homework. Home is 4 minutes from school. End time 5:30 (occasionally 7 p.m. on M & Th if possible). Additional evening and weekend hours are available but not required. Our son is in a regular 5th grade class, so homework includes review and pre-learning. Excellent fit for student interested in education. Babysitting jobs would mostly consist of evenings for bedtime. Our family also consists of two fur babies, Luna is a 2-year-old German Shepherd puppy. Our favorite place to be is the beach :) the kids are involved in baseball and softball which keeps us busy in the fall and spring, basketball in the winter and gymnastics. We value patience, creativity, and flexibility. The kids love being outside, playing with their friends, bring creative, playing sports, and listening to music. The kids need help getting home, oversight with snack, getting started on homework/supervision playing outside. At times reminders to get prepared for sports in the evening, all things that would be laid out ahead of time. We are looking for someone who enjoys being around kids, who doesn't mind answering all their questions. Someone who is patient and and caring and creative. You can park on the street or in the driveway. We have no pets.

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. Once or twice per month, date night times needed. Very flexible. My son is 18 years, has an intellectual disability, but is fun loving and easy. He just needs to be fed and read a story. Enjoys silly noises, being goofy and would thrive around someone who can be silly like him, but not required. We just need him kept alive while we escape the house for an evening. Please be comfortable with pets; we have a small-ish dog who is most certainly inbred, but SUPER friendly. The schedule would fluctuate a bit between days and evenings. And would include the occasional weekend. We will give you the schedule well in advance. And outside of childcare there isn't anything else we would ask of you (i.e. laundry meal prep housekeeping etc.)
