Being the eldest of 4 siblings, I have had over 8 years of caring for children. The joy of this service manifests in imagination, play, and creativity.

I am looking for part time child care work that I can bring my 1. 5-year-old with me. I love to give children lots of opportunity to play and be outside. Rather than just passing the time while their parents are gone we will co create experiences that are fun and enriching. My goal is to help cultivate curiosity, inspiration and creativity

I have been babysitting consistently for over four years, and I love it. I have also done before after school care for the YMCA, and tutored students in grades K-12. I think kids are incredibly funny, fun, and exciting, and I thoroughly enjoy spending time with them. This past year, I took care of a baby (starting at 3 months old) and her 7-year-old sister who I have been watching for a few years, and I unfortunately had to stop as I just moved to Seattle to attend the UW. I would love to find a new family to get to know and care for.

3/1/2021 - **Currently working full-time and for the purpose of keeping my COVID bubble small, I'm not currently taking on any more work for families at the moment** Hello! I have over 15 years of experience as a nanny. I have provided both on-call and on-going care for families within the greater Seattle and Portland area, daily care of children ages ranging from infant to age 15; responsible for feedings, changing diapers, and establishing a daily routine including socialization and recreation; tutoring; and additional duties included chauffeuring the children to lessons, grocery shopping, and laundry. I am looking for full-time work at this time. My rate includes any house cleaning, meal preparation, homework assistance, or pet care that you might need. I have great references (both kids and parents!) who will attest to my gentle, fun-loving and protective nature. I have loved working with families in both the Seattle and Portland area and I can't wait to meet you and yours!

I have been babysitting for 7 years. I have a true passion for children and I love them in all stages of growth. I think I am able to help kids learn and grow and have fun. I have experience with newborns all the way up to teenagers and I am willing to do many things with the kids. I enjoy being outside. I am a soccer player and I like going on hikes. I also love animals! I have 3 dogs and a cat so I have experience with animals as well!

I have taught outside in a variety of settings as a Naturalist for the past 5 years. I love being outside and letting nature guide our chats. Over the past 3 years I have been working with a nature based preschool in their all outdoor program and revamping their Jr. Naturalist program. Due to the pandemic my hours were greatly reduced. I am grateful to continue my work with the Jr. Naturalist program. I'm looking forward to starting a graduate program in outdoor education in the future. For now, I am excited to find a group of kiddos to hang out with in the great PNW outdoors.

When living in Florida I provided in home and respite care to persons of disabilities. It was a very fun and rewarding job. Allowing me to give back to my community.

(Before covid-19 came.) I transferred there after attending school for Neurosurgery. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant in Wisconsin and Illinois. I am CPR and AED certified as well. I have been watching children since I was 13. I started with a family of three, and two families of two. In college I continued working with children at our campus daycare and babysat on the side. After graduating, I worked various service jobs and was a nanny to two awesome kids for a year. I had my daughter right after my last family moved back to California. I've watched several children since then, while bringing my daughter along when she was a newborn. I am currently finishing Apparel Design school and am aspiring to be a doula once I get the opportunity to train. I love helping to nurture these precious little beings! And I love helping families with support in various stages and through transitions.

I have a 4-year-old niece that I have taken care of, providing meals, baths, and fun playtime. I have watched her grow up and evolve into the spunky girl she is today. I have also been a youth mentor to an 8-year-old through Nature Nurtures farm where I provided an Easter egg hunt, watched over her while feeding chickens, goats, and horses, and communicated effectively to ensure her safety at the farm while still having an enjoyable farm experience.
