Part Time
My 17-year-old son suffers from anxiety, ADHD and depression since the pandemic and struggles to get out of bed for high school each morning. He is very kind but is sad most of the time. Unfortunately, he is now at the point when I tell him to do something (like "get in the shower"), I stress him out and he "shuts" down more and does the opposite. He often does better getting out of bed and getting ready for school for someone other than his parents.
I am seeking help Mon-Fri (with the exception of school holidays) from the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. which would involve ensuring he is out of bed, showered, ate breakfast, packed a lunch, has his school backpack ready and occasionally he may need a ride to school for 9:25 a.m. start if I have a conflict.
Experience and/or understanding of teen depression and/or anxiety is required.
