Our daycare will be retiring on September 2nd and we are looking for a great babysitter for two boys (8 and 4) in Swanton/Bittinger area. They may need help occasionally with their homework and they'll need meal prep and help getting ready for bed. We would prefer you to drive to our house for childcare, sometimes they'll be late evening shift (example: 4 p.m. until midnight). Both parents work active shift-work and our schedules can be unpredictable. We would have our daycare needs a month in advance but would need someone flexible for our schedule changes or emergency call outs. We usually pay a set fee per child/per day versus hourly.
