We are looking for a nanny to help with school pick ups and after school activities, and potentially some evenings. The position may also require some morning routine/school drop offs, and an occasional overnight, as both parents travel for work occasionally. The kids will possibly need help with homework and reading. Also, my son will need to be driven to and from karate 4 days a week after school. We do have 2 dogs, so the right candidate would need to be comfortable with animals. We will need the kids to be driven around town from school to after school activities, so we are looking for someone with safe and reliable transportation, and comfortable driving in winter conditions.

I will also need help with a final room rental move out late September early October and that would be for a room I rent with light furnishings air mattress and light weigh folding tables to be brought to my storage unit about 10 minutes away and a very easy cleaning of pretend wood floors with a broom and swifter and light cleaning of a bathroom, a microwave and mini fridge and small hallway I would ok pay a up to negotiated flat fee that day so you could work as fast as you like to maximize your earning power and provide tools and cleaning supplies.
