We need a Morning Routine Manager/Driver/Care Giver for our 3 children (6, 3, 3) in Chesapeake Beach. We're looking to hire now, starting Sep 9 or 10 preferably. This job requires someone to be at our home by 6:30 a.m. and be done at/around 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday. Duties will be to prepare children for school (wakeup, dress, feed, gather school needs for the day, etc.) and drive them approximately 15 minutes away to school (drop-off line for all). Then you're done! Not required, but the ability to remain available for emergency pick-ups is desired. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and light meal prep while children are still sleeping. (No cooking required, cereal or toast mainly.) Children wake up time will be up to you according to when you think they need to be up to make it to school on-time.

Family members will be working from home and be present most of the time. She requires total care, has mobility aids. Compassionate, motivated, experienced in dementia care, reliable, focused. Drive to home. Hours are very flexible. May be occasional 24 hour weekend care hours available if desired. Will entertain alternative care options ( ok to bring young children) for the right applicant. We expect no less than excellent care. Cats. Friendly. Will probably stay away from strangers.

Looking for someone who can pick our daughter up from daycare on Wednesdays and take her to dance class at the studio in North Beach. She would need to have a snack, help getting changed into dance clothes, and then needs to be picked up after class and brought home. She'd need to be picked up around 4. 15 p.m. so there's no rush getting her fed and ready for the 5 p.m. class. At 6pm, she needs to be picked up from class and brought to our home in Chesapeake Beach. Her daycare is in Owings so everything is a short drive. It would also be nice if we could have the same person stay with both kids on a Saturday evening once a month. Our oldest will be 10 in November. The assistance with the Wednesday dance class is the priority at the moment though.

About who needs care: My mom has early on set Dementia. she enjoys crocheting knitting and painting. She likes too get out whether walking or just window shopping. She wants too be active. My father is unable to do this because of his own issues. About the care needs: Someone that laughs and enjoys life and appreciates conversations with my mom. Someone to have conversations with and walk. Neither of my parents drive. They live with my brother and his family that consists of 3 young children. He is trying too caretaker but it is not easy. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
