Hello! I am planning on bringing my bedridden 91-year-old aunt (165 lbs) into my house and am looking for someone to come by throughout the day to change and bath her when required. I would like to have a discussion with anyone interested to have an idea on what is needed to accomplish this goal and how many visits during the day may be necessary and expected. My aunt is extremely nice, has no other issues beyond being bedridden, our family can cover all other needs (room cleaning, cooking, feeding, etc.), speaks Spanish primarily but understand and speaks English as well, and is very cooperative with helpers. We are looking to bring her into the home in about a month to two months and would like to start building a relationship with a prospective caregiver, so the onboarding process is as seamless as possible. About who needs care: My dad is 88 and has very little strength in his legs. He needs assistance in the late afternoon to move from the living room to the bedroom so that he is set for the evening. They (my mom and dad) also need meal prep for lunch and the evening meal. We are looking for a live-in helper for my grandparents. They have a nice private bedroom and bathroom upstairs. My Grandfather is mobile, but needs help cooking and cleaning. My Grandmother has a little bit of dementia and has trouble with some activities of daily living, such as showering, going to the bathroom, walking, and dressing.

N. is a wonderful lady! She is 84, quiet and very kind, can get a little stubborn! She needs help with walking, personal care, meal prep, and light clean up. Her husband, John, has been taking care of her on his own and now need some help as well with cooking, etc. Great pay! Come join the team! Shift is 9AM-9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
