Dad works from home and Mom is a full-time nursing student. We are expecting March 2023 and Dad has paternity leave for 6 weeks, after that we will need a nanny to help watch our little one. Mom will be available for breastfeeding and around most of the time but needs to focus on studying. Dad will be home working from an in-home office. There will also be a 4-year-old every other week, but he is in school and is great about keeping himself busy, so it is unlikely that care will be needed for him as most of the hours we need a nanny are when he is at school. There may be some days on occasion when he may be sick at home from school and we may need a bit of help, but the majority of the nannying will be for our infant. We are chill and laid back, but like to keep a structured environment for the kids.
