We are looking for a caregiver for 2 adult females with autism. They are twin sisters who are verbal and able to take care of all of their personal needs themselves including cooking their own meals. They need supervision on a 24/7 basis for safety reasons. One of them has a seizure disorder but it is well controlled with medication. We would prefer someone who has their own car, does not smoke, is comfortable with pets, is able to do week long assignments including overnight, is willing to transport to and from their job if Call-A-Ride cannot be arranged, or to other activities of daily living, (i. e., grocery, doctor appt, pharmacy, entertainment activities), is able to help them with monitory transactions at checkouts, is CPR certified and who has a college degree. Some knowledge of autism preferred.
