We have two daughters--one who is almost 3 years old, and one who is almost 3 months old. Our 3-year-old is so sweet, full of energy, very curious and keenly aware! She is tons of fun to be around and just as any other young child, needs firm and fair boundaries from time to time. She is currently thriving in a school, but this will not continue once our nanny joins us. Our baby girl has quite the personality so far and is the happiest!
Caring for the girls while we work would include prepping simple meals, putting them down for naps, and facilitating play in between.
Our ideal nanny is loving, patient, assertive, and well aware of child development. We are looking for someone who is laid back and reliable. Also, someone who is willing to do activities with the girls and go outside for exploring and small adventures.
