We are looking for a great Personal Care Aid for 1 child in Camden. We prefer a non smoker and someone comfortable with pets.
Our son is 5 years old with ASD and does go to a private school here in Camden, Monday - Thursday 9am-12 p.m.
He does receive various therapies for over 40 hours a week.
Tasks expected:
1) clean his bedroom and therapy area
2) change his sheets once a week
3) wash his laundry and put it away
4) help with bathing him
5) light cooking (heating up his chicken nuggets or other foods). making sure he has snacks/ juice
6) helping him to the restroom
7)playing with him between therapists
This is a position for 25 hours a week (less if needed) that would be funded under Medicaid. We use a company and we can have them hire who we would like to care for our son in our home.
