Our daughter who is 20, nonverbal, has autism & adhd.
She is able to walk & eat on her own, does require assistance toileting, gettingin/out of cars, going through activities. She has a good temperament & can be very silly with a contagious laugh. Like all, she does get upset/mad at times=yelling/pushing.
Goal is as much community interaction as possible as that's current with her lEP goal.
She may have accidents if not promptly taken to the bathroom as she does not communicate it, so understanding and being comfortable with changing her is a must.
Flexible start & end times within the hours of 10 am-9 p.m.
Respite care is 15. 57/hr, supported living pay is $24/hr
Would only need every other weekend.
