Looking for a full-time caregiver for our wonderful 14-year-old son with autism. Join dynamic, collaborative team of teachers, family, andtherapists. Our son is very smart and communicates through typing and a letterboard. With puberty, challenges controlling his body are getting harder. We need: HUNGRY to learn new techniques (we will train!), HEARTY/HIGH ENERGY, positive, flexible, super-responsible. Support him to go to classes (swim, rock-climbing, etc), teach 1-on-1 one subject a day, and help him at meals, family times, etc. Amazing training for special ed or related career. Young men are especially encouraged to apply as M. responds well to them. 40-50 hours a week with 1-2 weekends off/month. Good pay.
