I made a first time appointment with the owner of this company on a Monday (for the following Friday), as I was having family in town the following week. She told me she'd be at my house by 9 or 9:30, but she never showed up. Didn't call me or text me or anything, to tell me she wasn't coming. I texted her on the morning of the appointment, she never responded. I called and the phone went straight to voicemail. I left a message, but received no return phone call. I don't know what happened, if everything is OK with the Heather, if there was some emergency or what. I do hope she is safe, but as of right now, she just looks completely unprofessional. The worst part of it all is that she's the one who reached out to me (through a mass text advertisement) about a special she was running. I didn't even seek her out! Either way, I will never attempt to use this company to clean my home again.
