I'm pretty disappointed with the unreliability & lack of professionalism that my family & I experienced with Ready-Maid Services.
We had a consultation with Sara back last October & she seemed nice enough so we set a date for a deep clean of my parents' house. The day of the cleaning, literally an hour before she was supposed to show up, she cancelled. This was quite an inconvenience since both my mom & I had taken the day off from work to be there.
Given that Sara was pregnant at the time, my mom & I were understanding of the situation but still thought it pretty unprofessional that she waited the day of to tell us.
Fast forward to the following March, we set another date & time for Sara to come clean. Come 9a on the day of & she doesn't show up or even communicate with us. I texted, called, and left her a message but no response! She still hasn't responded!
This has been a waste of my family's time & energy. We tried to give Sara the benefit of the doubt since she is not very established but she kept letting us down so I just wanted to share our experience so that someone else doesn't have to go through the same thing.
